Rental Income
We will provide a market based appraisal of the income potential of your property.

Marketing
We will ensure that your property is marketed extensively in order that a suitable tenant can be found. We use a wide variety of advertising mediums to attract the relevant cliental, including periodic local press advertising and our website.

Viewings
We provide an accompanied viewing service to endeavor viewings can be carried out whenever required, in a safe, secure manner

Tenancy Agreement
We will ensure that only the appropriate form of agreement is used for your property and that both Landlord and Tenant are fully aware of their obligations under the terms of this agreement.

Rents and Deposits
We require all tenants to pay a security deposit. Before moving into the property we require all tenants to pay one calendar months rent in advance and complete a standing order mandate for the rents thereafter.

Property Inspections
For our Fully Managed Landlords we carry out routine inspections on a regular basis to ensure the tenancy is running to a satisfactory standard.

Maintenance and Repairs
For our Fully Managed Landlords we offer a 24 hour emergency repair service. For general repairs we obtain competitive quotations we keep Landlords informed at all times of the cost and progress of repairs undertaken. We are also able to obtain quotes for furniture and full refurbishments.

Property Sourcing and Refurbishment
We have the ability to search for suitable investment properties for Landlords. If these properties need further refurbishment, alteration or furnishing, this service can be provided also.

Payments of Bills
Where authorised, we undertake to pay bills directly from the rental income, on behalf of the Landlord.

Queries
With our Fully Managed properties, tenants are instructed to notify us of all queries arising throughout their tenancy so that this burden is lifted from Landlords' shoulders.
