Useful Information

Should you decide you like a property we have on offer please bear in mind the following terms and conditions apply:

Damage Deposit
The equivalent of One Months Rent. This protects the property and ensures that it is returned to us in the original condition in which it was let.

One Months Rent
To be paid in advance and thereafter rents paid by standing order.

Administration Fee
The equivalent of half of one months rent ( plus VAT @ 17.5%).

References
We will require a form to be completed to enable us to procure on your behalf.

Holding Fee
To hold a property, a fee of £100 is payable, which will be deducted from your overall charges. This is non-refundable if you do not proceed with the tenancy. However, if you wish to secure the property for than a two week period, then you will be required to pay the full Damage Deposit as a Holding Fee.

For Example:

Monthly Rent On Property = £500
Damage Deposit = £500
Administration Fee (Half month) = £250
VAT on Administration Fee = £43.75
Total Payable = £1293.75
